Best decision I made was to switch from lead acid batteries. Install was fairly simple, there were no instructions included however there are plenty of resources on the web.

Onward club car lithium conversion
The kit is good with everything you need except instructions or where to find them. The DYI videos available were a bit confusing, even the Allied video wasn’t clear. We wound up spending 2 hours on what could have been a 30 minute job with better instructions. The final result is fantastic with increased speed and power. Highly recommend the conversion.
