Dieses Wochenende bietet besonders viele außergewöhnliche Veranstaltungen. Es hat nicht alles in die Top 5 geschafft, aber ein Blick in den ‘🎨 A litte bit of culture & other gems’ lohnt sich heute besonders!

🤌 Laurin’s Auswahl 01 - 4.06

Eine kurze Übersicht der 5 coolsten Events dieses WE in Wien. Der Link zum Event ist immer im Titel.

Beim Loftival kann man diesen Donnerstag in einem gemütlichen Setting, heimische Künstlerinnen bestaunen. Über den Abend verteilt, spielen 3 Bands eine Mischung aus Electro Pop, Alternative und Electronic. Noch dazu gratis!

Wem das Wetter zu schön ist um drinnen zu sein, der kann gemütlich bei Hermann’s Strandbar was trinken.

Diesen Freitag gibts neben einer lauen Sommernacht, auch einen Film am Dach der Hauptbücherei im 7. Bezirk. Zu bestaunen gibt es das Werk von Ruben Östlund ‘Triangle of Sadness’. Das Beste daran ist, man ist nach dem Film schon direkt in der Stadt und der Abend ist noch jung.

Das Wetter ist schön, der Rave ist draußen und man sich damit für Klimawandel ein. Warum also nicht? Das ganze findet ‘Zwidimu’ (Maria-Theresien-Platz) statt.

Gemeinsam mit FM4 und der Powerjam Roller Skate Community, lädt der Wiener Eislauf-Verein zur Rollschuh Disco ein. Freut euch auf vier Stunden HipHop, Soul, House und natürlich roller skating.

Dieses Wochenende ist das größte vegane Sommerfest Europas in Wien. Egal ob ihr euch selbst vegan ernährt oder einfach mal schauen wollt wie gutes veganes Essen so schmeckt, hier seid ihr richtig aufgehoben.

Das Festival ist gratis, man kann also auch einfach für einen kleinen Snack vorbeikommen.

This weekend, I had a hard time to pick the top 5 events because there are just so many cool and special things happening this weekend. I put the ones that didn’t quite make it into the section ‘🎨 A litte bit of culture & other gems’, so don’t forget to check that out.

🤌 Laurin’s Picks 01 - 4.06

A quick overview of the 5 coolest things happening this weekend in Vienna.

Listen to live music from three different Austrian bands and performers. These three bands will play live in a pretty intimate setting and entertain you with electro-pop, alternative and electronic.

The only reason not to check this out is the very nice weather on Thursday… Alternatively, you can get a drink at the ‘Herman Beachbar’.

This Friday night promises not only to be warm but also offers a great movie at the rooftop of the central library in the 7th district. The location is pretty central and has a cool vibe to it. So if you haven’t seen the movie yet, definitely a nice option for Friday!

The weather is nice, the rave happens outside and has a good cause. So if you fancy some electronic music, dancing in the heart Vienna with a beer in your hand whilst getting tanned and being active for a good cause, you should check out this rave (Oh my god, what a long sentence, this is what it is like to speak German every day. I am sincerely sorry).

Alright, for all of you who like being active, this Saturday you can join the roller skater disco. With HipHop, Soul and House you can roll through the night. You can also rent shoes there so that excuse doesn’t count this time around!

This weekend there is the largest vegan summer festival happening right in Vienna. Even if you are not vegan yourself, it might be interesting to check it out and try some of the unique food or learn a bit more about veganism.
